So I've realized I haven't blogged in a year! Yikes! So we'll just pick up where I left off! The other day I was feeling very crafty ambitious whatever you want to call it. I have never canned by myself, and I attempted to the other day. I canned 12 quarts of apple pie filling, and I'd like to brag and say I think I did pretty good for a beginner! We ate some for breakfast, I fixed the kids Danish pancake with the pie filling! Yum-a-lisious! I'm so proud! And I didn't have to reseal any of the bottles! I rock! I so want to can something else now! I will post a picture with the recipe when I can figure out how to do from my iPad... I'm hoping to post more so keep checking back! Thanks for checking in!
